Another first: yesterday we made valentines for Nico to hand out at class and to a few other besties. He’s so car crazed right now it was kind of a no brainer. Subtle changes to my standard vehicle, a few silly sayings and a afternoon spent hitching our Lifesaver wheels with glue. Ta da.
Still, Nico’s pleased smile is sweeter then all that.
Of course we set up a booth at Nico’s Island party too. And placed props: think parasols, sunglasses and fans. I included a few of my favorites here but you can see a few more on Flickr.

Nico is 8 months old today. I cannot believe it. Soon he’ll be driving a car and moving out on his own.
